Summary
Job Title: Groundworker
Location: Bourton, Dorset
Salary: £22.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 6 October 2025
Duration: 2 – 3 Weeks (potential for ongoing work)
Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to start on a short-term project in Bourton, Dorset. The initial assignment is expected to last 2 – 3 weeks with the potential of ongoing work for the right candidate.
A CSCS card is not required, though experience of operating plant machinery, such as a 360 excavator, telehandler or dumper is highly preferred.
Duties:
· All aspects of groundworks
· Occasional use of plant machinery
Requirements:
· Own PPE and tools
· Experience of using an excavator, telehandler or dumper (preferred)
· Reliable and punctual
· Proven experience in a similar role
