Are you a motivated and inspirational Inclusion Manager, looking to join a highly committed and enthusiastic Leadership Team in a school which places inclusivity and the celebration of diversity at its centre?

Clapham Manor Primary School seeks a highly skilled, innovative and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to provide the vision, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of inclusion with a particular focus on SEND. This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and well-qualified person who has outstanding vision and drive and an absolute commitment to raising standards for every child. Applications are invited from teachers who are either currently working as a SENCO / Inclusion Manager or who are keen to gain a position and hold/or are willing to complete the NPQ for SENCOs. Energy, optimism and enthusiasm are essential as well as a passion for ‘growing brighter futures’!

You will join a talented and hardworking staff team, supported by a Leadership Team and Governors who are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and professional growth.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a real belief in inclusivity and the fact that all children can be supported to be successful
• Have strong leadership experience and demonstrable experience of developing the practice of others
• Have strong academic and pastoral credentials
• Be ambitious for our children and staff, with the imagination to put an inspiring vision into practice
• Have an understanding of recent and pending changes in education
• Be adaptable and resilient to the changing landscape of modern pedagogy
• Have the skills to inspire and promote the highest quality of inclusive teaching and learning
• Be passionate about education in a school deeply rooted in the local community
• Be outward facing and have a desire to want to work in partnership with others
