About the Role

As a key member of our finance team, you will:

• Partner with school leaders to provide expert financial guidance and strategic support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple secondary academies.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making and resource optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and trust-wide policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping schools balance educational priorities with financial sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or finalist with relevant experience.
• Proven track record in financial business partnering, ideally within education or public sector.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to the values and mission of our academy trust.
