Summary

Civils Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team on a major project based near Stanwell Moor, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to take ownership of supervising works on site and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required standards.

  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring productivity, compliance, and quality.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining positive working relationships.

  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report updates to senior management.

  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met in line with company procedures.

  • Support with paperwork, site diaries, and record-keeping as required.

Requirements:

  • Gold CSCS Card - essential.

  • SSSTS qualification - essential.

  • Proven experience supervising civils works, preferably within utilities, highways, or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong track record of managing sub-contractors and liaising directly with clients.

  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
