The Governors of this popular, over-subscribed and forward-looking school are seeking to appoint
an Admin Assistant to work as part of our front-office team.
As receptionist, the appointee will be the first point of contact for all visitors and telephone callers
to the school. This is a key responsibility and is vital to ensuring everyone is made to feel welcome
as soon as they arrive in our entrance foyer. The post holder will be responsible for providing a
well organised and efficient reprographics service accessed by all other staff. Working
collaboratively with another administrative assistant, the appointed person will also support the
school’s target of improving attendance. The post-holder will support the Wellbeing Team by
monitoring and acting on pupil absence. The role will also involve undertaking a range of financial
tasks, for which full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be expected to play a full part as a member of the support staff team
and will be expected to be flexible in order to react to the dynamic needs of a busy school office.
Hours of work are flexible and will be agreed upon appointment with the successful applicants.
