Fixed Term up to 31 August 2025.
The Governors of Oldcastle Primary School are seeking to recruit an Activity Coordinator for our school. This role is 5 hours per week working Wednesday and Thursday 3pm to 5.30pm term time only.
The role will involve developing play-based learning in our After School Club. Our After School Club is held until 5:30pm each day and offers provision to pupils who attend the school.
As part of this role, you must be able to demonstrate skills, experience, and qualifications within childcare, play work, sports and recreation, arts and creative activities or a combination of these themes.
You will also have experience of supervising groups of children and be capable of taking responsibility.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
