Summary
About the Role and our Ideal Candidate This is a fixed term role until the end of March 2026 with the possibility of a further 1 year extension (until March 2027). The purpose of the role is to coach people on our Accelerated Career and Employment Support (ACES) programme with improving their CV, applying for jobs and improving their interview skills in order to gain employment.You will be expected to:Meet with learners to check and confirm their eligibility for the programmeArrange and conduct 1-1 meetings with learners to improve their CV, apply for jobs and practice interview skillsConduct group sessions when required for learners to gain the skills they need to enter into work.Work closely with the Employer Engagement Officer(s) to ensure they are clear on the industries we need for vacancies for our learnersWork closely with the rest of the ACES Team to ensure targets are metMatch learners to employers and successfully place learners into employment.Our ideal candidate will have experience coaching learners regarding employability and successfully placing people into employment.
