Summary

What you'll be doing

Are you ready to make a real impact at the heart of UK democracy? As a Project Leader (Sandwich Student) within the Strategic Estates Project Delivery Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering a wide range of conservation, construction, and refurbishment projects across the Parliamentary Estate. Working on a World Heritage site, you'll gain hands-on experience in a high-profile environment, contributing to projects valued at over £2billion.

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll lead your own projects and support senior colleagues on major initiatives. You'll engage with stakeholders from across Parliament, including MPs, Peers, and external bodies like English Heritage and Westminster City Council. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to live projects while developing competencies aligned with professional institutions such as RICS, APM, ICE, CIOB, and CIBSE.

What we're looking for.

We're looking for passionate and proactive individuals who are eager to learn and grow. You'll need to be studying towards a degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Building, Construction, Surveying, Engineering, or Project Management.
