Summary

Regional Care and Quality Manager


Salary: £55,000 plus car and mileage allowance


Hours: 40 hours per week



We are looking a dedicated and passionate Regional Service Quality Manager to join our client’s team, overseeing the quality of care across multiple care homes within the Norfolk & Suffolk region. In this role, you will ensure that all services are delivered in alignment with regulatory standards, company policies, and the highest levels of care excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire care teams, ensuring residents receive compassionate, safe, and effective care.



What We’re Looking For



  • Nursing Qualification and valid UK NMC Pin (Desirable)

  • Level 5 Health and Social Care



  • Proven experience in care quality and compliance roles within care home settings.

  • Previous leadership experience, such as Nursing Home Manager or equivalent.

  • A deep understanding of CQC standards and other governing regulations for care homes.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, fostering a positive working environment.



  • Experience working across multiple care home sites or in a regional role.

As the Regional Service Quality Manager (Care Homes), you will:



  • Monitor, assess, and drive improvements in the quality and compliance across care homes in your region, ensuring alignment with Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

  • Support and mentor teams, encouraging best practices in care delivery and staff management.

  • Conduct audits and compliance checks regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored action plans.

  • Facilitate training sessions to upskill care teams, ensuring they deliver excellent and person-centred care.

  • Collaborate with Home Managers to promote a culture of continuous improvement and positive outcomes for residents.

  • Work with senior leadership to assess performance, report on KPIs, and drive strategic quality initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external health and social care professionals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and best practices to maintain an innovative and compliant care environment.
