You don't need any previous HR experience - you'll receive full training from a supportive team and they'll even put you through your CIPD qualifications(!)

Benefits/ Details:

    • Salary: £27,500 per annum
    • Hours: 9AM - 5.30PM Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)
    • Hybrid: 3 days in the office 2 days working from home
    • Location: Cheadle
    • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (one additional day per year up to 30)
    • Benefits: 10% non-contributory employer pension, private medical insurance, study support for your CIPD

    What will you be doing as the HR Administrator?

      • Keeping HR records and systems up to date
      • Coordinating training bookings and employee development records
      • Supporting payroll and HR reporting tasks
      • Assisting with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
      • Managing inboxes and ensuring queries are dealt with or escalated

      What do you need to be considered for the role of HR Administrator?

        • Degree educated
        • Strong attention to detail and organisation
        • Confidence with data and systems
