Customer Care Coordinator

Location: Warrington

Role: Temp - Permanent

There is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest house builders. Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the customer care team. You will be the key point of contact for homeowners post-completion, ensuring a smooth, professional, and empathetic customer journey while coordinating defect resolution with site and contractor teams.

Required:

Experience working within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and defect management

Tech-savvy

Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

Responsibilities

Act as the main liasion between homeowners, site teams, and subcontractors

Log,track, and manage customer care issues from report to resolution

Monitor service levels and escalate unresolved issues as needed
