We’re looking for a Customer Recruitment Specialist to join our Business Development team working across the Leicester Region. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by engaging and supporting adults (18+) into education, training, and employment through our Futures Service Offerings.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging approximately 50 customers each month to join Futures Skills courses and access wider support
Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, employers, and community groups.
Promoting the Futures offer across Leicester, including outreach at job fairs, community venues, and online.
Supporting customers through their journey with advice, guidance, and signposting to relevant services.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and outcomes are achieved.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a customer-facing, sales and IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work.
Knowledge of the local labour market and barriers faced by unemployed individuals.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, or ability to travel across Leicester and Leicestershire.
