Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to play a vital role in ensuring that we have the right capacity, capability, and employee experience for our workforce now and in the future. This high-profile position requires exceptional leadership skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities, along with a proven track record of successful HR delivery in large diverse preferably operational environments.
In collaboration with the HR Director and HR Deputy Director, you will lead the HR function to implement the people priorities outlined in the HMCTS Strategic Plan. Your responsibilities will include a broad range of HR initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness and supporting our workforce to deliver.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team ensuring they have the right skills and competencies to meet both current and future challenges. Your role will involve building capability, identifying and addressing performance while fostering an engaging employee experience that attracts and retains top talent.
By driving effective HR practices across HMCTS, you will contribute to building a resilient and high performing workforce that aligns with operational delivery goals, ultimately enhancing HMCTS’s reputation as a leading employer of choice.
