Manufacturing Operative – Clayton Glass (Blackburn)
Location: Century House, Roman Road, Blackburn, BB1 2LD
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, rotating shifts
• Week 1: 06:00–14:00
• Week 2: 14:00–22:00
Hourly Rate: £13.05
Weekly Pay: £489.38 (based on 37.5 hours)

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Operatives to join our Blackburn team. You’ll operate machinery, handle, cut and process glass, carry out quality checks, and support the smooth running of our production lines. You’ll also assist with assembly, packaging, and general production tasks while maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
Essential:
• 2 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Punctual and committed to shift hours
Desirable:

• FLT licence
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
