The Role – Graduate SEN Tutor

• Full-time, long-term role starting immediately
• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and personalised learning programmes
• Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development, encouraging confidence and independence
• Collaborate with SEN teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver individual education plans (IEPs)
• Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment where all students can thrive

Person Specification

• Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related subject (essential)
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a proactive approach to challenges
• A genuine passion for SEN education and supporting vulnerable learners
