Summary
Job Description
Providing Technical support in the form of first line fixes such as reboots and connection inspections while delivering against a clear handoff process to the Tech bar for unresolved issues. As part of
your role as a GoTo Executive you will be required to be First Aid and Fire Marshall trained.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with colleagues and proactively gather information on their
needs to identify ISS/Barclays services that ensure total satisfaction.
Ensure Colleagues feel welcome, and their needs are taken care of in a fun, friendly
and professional manner at all times.
Proactively communicate with the full Workplace team and assist other service groups
to ensure a ‘one team’ ethos.
Facilitating tours of the entire campus/Buildings while stating facts and having a
positive demeanour. Tours will be given to new employees and visitors.
Conduct assigned Daily & Monthly Checklists to ensure the quality of assigned
workspaces, improve performance and enhance tracking.
Arranging and assisting at times with booking and delivery of Hospitality to meetings
rooms & events working with the Hospitality and Food Services teams.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years customer services experience in
dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients
• Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
• Proven ability to function successfully within a strong
team environment
Additional Requirements:
• Proficient in Technology overall
• High Proficiency of full Microsoft suite
• First Aid / Fire Marshall Trained is advantageous
• Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
• Knowledge of property management / Condeco systems is advantageous
