The Role
Are you ready to drive student recruitment through innovative, high-impact marketing? As a Student Recruitment Marketing Manager (SRMM), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how prospective students engage with our university. This is your opportunity to lead on the development and delivery of creative, school-level marketing plans that support not only recruitment targets but also the university’s broader commercial objectives. You'll work closely with Deans and academic teams to highlight course offerings, research impact, and student and alumni stories—bringing to life the unique strengths of each school. From managing web content and supporting open days to leading on email, social media, and advertising campaigns, you'll be at the forefront of storytelling and engagement.

In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external agencies across channels including digital, print, photography, and video. You’ll be a confident communicator and natural project manager, able to juggle multiple campaigns while ensuring all content is strategic, compelling, and compliant. With the autonomy to shape marketing plans and the support of a passionate, collaborative team, this is a chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving and purpose-driven environment. If you're experienced in marketing within a complex organisation—ideally higher education—and are ready to take the lead on meaningful campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.
