Your role will involve:
Providing tailored, person-centred support at home and in the community
Promoting independence, communication and confidence
Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals
Driving individuals to appointments, activities and community events
Being a consistent, calm and empowering presence
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Business insurance on your vehicle – this is an essential part of the role
A genuine passion for supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals
Reliability, empathy and commitment to promoting independence
Ability to work flexibly across shifts (including evenings/weekends)
Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
We do not accept student visa applications limited to 20 hours per week
