As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Progressing files and discussing leal matters with clients, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Dealing with registered and unregistered land, along with new build and shared ownership matters
• Reviewing title documents, raising enquiries and reporting to clients
• Proactively managing caseload, with support from assistants, to completion
• Nurturing relationships with clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents
We’re looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with the following skills and experience…
• At least 1 years’ experience PQE as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
• Able to manage your own workload and use initiative to complete tasks
• A great communicator and confident with clients
• Excellent attention to detail, with great grammar, writing and computer skills
• A team player that wants to be part of a great team of people
• A full driving license
In return, the successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will receive a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, plus the following benefits…
