"We care We communicate We collaborate We contribute" Clinical responsibilities: Toindependently provide specialist and advanced Physiologist support to the Cardiac Device Service in the Implantation and Follow-Up of the full range of implantable cardiac devices (implantable defibrillators, cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices, pacemakers and implantable loop recorders), under the guidance of the Cardiac Device Lead and Lead Physiologist: Patient care: To provide specialist and advanced assessment of cardiac devices within a range of settings, at an independent practice level under the guidance of the Cardiac Device Lead & Lead Cardiac Physiologist. Research & development: To supportthe Lead Physiologist in maintaining clinical governance arrangements and to report and respond to untoward incidents. Policy and service management: Contributeto service development in liaison with Lead Cardiac Physiologist.
