The role: As our Lead OT, you will have the opportunity to: Lead with impact: Manage, mentor, and inspire our Occupational Therapy team, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Clinical leadership: Hold a small caseload with a focus on complex needs, guiding your team through best practice approaches. Shape the service: Drive service development, contribute to strategy, and champion continuous improvement. Support others: Provide supervision, teaching, and professional development for junior staff and students. Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with patients, families, carers, and the wider MDT to deliver truly holistic rehabilitation. Quality and safety: Lead on clinical governance, audit, and risk management to keep standards high and people safe.
