Summary
The Recovery Service provides mental health assessments and interventions using a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach for individuals who have been assessed as needing specialist mental health services. The service is non-stigmatizing and non-discriminatory, providing fair and equitable access to all, including people from Black and minority ethnic communities, those who are deaf, and those with learning disabilities. The service operates with compassion, demonstrating a caring, honest, and respectful approach. The goal is to support people's recovery through a holistic approach that promotes social inclusion, self-management, and independence. The service provides evidence-based health and social care interventions, including psychological therapies, to reduce and shorten distress and suffering. The service operates between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The service aims to offer timely interventions in locations that are accessible to people in the community, such as their homes, primary and secondary care settings, and other suitable locations. We expect you to train in phlebotomy or be trained in phlebotomy to support with our clozapine clinic. Please read the job description attached for additional information.
