Poultry Operatives
Contract: Permanent (12-week Probation).
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Location: Crediton, Devon
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our client’s team as Poultry Operatives. This hands-on role involves working within a busy poultry processing environment, where you’ll play an important part in food production and quality control. Experience in food production, meat processing, or factory/packing work is an advantage but not required. Full on-the-job training will be provided
Duties
Plucking feathers and removing wax.
Grading, packing, bagging, and weighing poultry products.
Labelling and preparing items for distribution.
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness within the work area.
Assisting with the care and welfare of livestock.
Requirements
Previous experience in food production, meat processing, or packing is desirable but not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Own Transport is Required
Reliable, punctual, and committed to good timekeeping.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Honest, hardworking, and physically capable of manual tasks.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Contract: Permanent (12-week Probation).
Working Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 06:00–17:00 / Thursday–Friday: 06:00–Finish times may vary
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
