We’re looking for a skilled and organised individual to lead the planning and administration function across key property service areas, including repairs, voids, M&E, FRA, damp and mould, and batched works. This role plays a vital part in supporting high-quality service delivery, ensuring efficient budget processing, and contributing to the achievement of performance targets.

You’ll manage a responsive, customer-focused back-office function, oversee accurate order and invoice processing, and work closely with internal teams to enhance service efficiency, value for money, and customer satisfaction.



What will our Planning and Administration Manager do;

Lead and manage a team of Repairs Coordinators and admin staff, ensuring high performance, development, and effective service delivery.

Drive customer satisfaction by promoting efficient service, reducing complaints, and ensuring clear communication and direction.

Oversee planning and administration of repairs, ensuring timely progression of work, achievement of KPIs, and full utilisation of repairs systems.

Ensure operational excellence through effective resource planning, budget management, accurate job closure, and subcontractor payment processes.

Support continuous improvement by contributing to audits, policy development, service innovation, and cross-team collaboration to enhance customer experience.



What we are looking for;

Relevant property or customer care related qualification

Experience leading a high-performing support function, delivering efficient planning and administration for repairs and voids.

Proven experience managing target-driven teams, with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems, manage data, and interpret financial and performance information.

Customer-focused approach, ensuring services are responsive, effective, and aligned with organisational standards.

Confident in using ICT systems, managing data, and applying technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
