Summary
Class 2 drivers required- Swindon - £17 - £19.03 per hour 50 Hours per week
Class 2 Night drivers required for our clients in Swindon. You will be delivering stock to food outlets across the South West. 5 - 10 drops per shift with the help of a drivers mate. Approximately 50 hours per week. Full training will be provided and you will be working with another Experienced member of staff.
A permanent position is available after a successful 12 weeks,
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 Licence, CPC, Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
- Newly passed Class 2 drivers are welcome!
Hours and Pay :
- Sunday - Thursday
- Start times between 19:00 - 20:00
- Ongoing position with immediate start
- Potential permanent position available after a successful trial period
- £17 per hour PAYE, Umbrella £19.03
Job and responsibilities:
- Departing from Swindon in a Class 2 delivering to customer premises across the UK
- Ensuring the goods are delivered to the right areas of temperature.
- Handball work is required, so being physically fit to transport goods is a must although you will be provided with a drivers mate.
- Responsible for conducting safety checks and adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
