Summary
Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the team at Allachburn Care Home. Leading a 30 bed care home in a rural community, you will play an integral role to the day to day running of the Care Home.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, overseeing the type of support and care for individual residents that ensures dignity, privacy, choice, safety as well as offers opportunities to achieve potential, articulate preferences and exercise rights and responsibilities as a citizen.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
