About the role:
As a Children's Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, one-to-one care in the comfort of each child's home - making a real difference in their lives and yours. This is more than just a nursing role; it's a chance to build meaningful relationships, provide holistic support, and empower families through personalised care. You'll be part of a passionate and ambitious team, helping children with a range of conditions including juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, psoriasis, and growth hormone therapy.
This role is based in Rochester, with travel across the region. Hybrid working patterns are available, and you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule while maintaining clinical excellence.
About you:
You'll be a confident, compassionate professional who thrives on making a difference. You'll be:
- Delivering specialist treatments and tailored care plans to children in their homes.
- Managing your own caseload, stock, supplies, and equipment.
- Recording clinical data accurately and reporting any adverse effects.
- Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and addressing any competency gaps.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
To apply, you'll need to be a Registered Children's Nurse with experience in administering IV therapies and strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.
