We are looking for a friendly and proactive Engagement Assistant to join our team at Jubilee Day Service. In this role, you will help people with physical, sensory, learning disabilities and autism to connect with their communities. You will support individuals to take part in social and leisure activities, either one to one or in small groups.

You will work closely with community organisations, health professionals and other partners to make sure each person gets the support they need to live a fulfilling life. This may include, on occasion, helping with personal care, medication, finances, and wellbeing, as well as planning activities and building strong relationships with other services.

You will also be involved in creating personal support plans, carrying out risk assessments, and making sure everything we do is safe, respectful and person centred.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a supportive team, receive full training, and have opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

Emma Smith Team Leader says: "Join our team and make a difference! Where every day is an adventure out in the community, and every smile counts! Come help us create joyful moments for adults with autism and learning disabilities."
