Summary
Maintenance of patient records, the completion of summaries and the writing of letters etc., as appropriate. So far as is consistent with the proper discharge of the above duties the postholder undertakes to deputise from time to time for absent colleagues. Practitioners will be prepared to perform duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
