Summary
Provide leadership and line management to the MDT to ensure the delivery of high quality and safe clinical services. To promote a culture that fosters staff involvement and a progressive attitude to service improvement. To work with the Service Lead to deliver a culture and style of leadership that develops, empowers people, recognising achievement and promoting continuous development of staff and teams. To ensure that all duties within the role are delivered in accordance with trust policy and professional registration practice. Ensuring that professional registration requirements of staff are met. To be managed by and receive supervision from a nominated line manager, including annual review of performance as part of the appraisal system
