At LiveWest, we believe in creating a home for everyone. As a Coordinator – Sales, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth processes and exceptionalservice for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:


- Good level of knowledge and experience of MS office and CRM database systems.
- Be the first point of contact for New-build, Resales, and Staircasing enquiries.
- Coordinate documentation to support property setup on internal systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual records in line with statutory requirements.
- Understand and contribute to the business purpose and objectives.
- Collaborate across departments to support integrated working relationships.

This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term basis until July 2026. This is a hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in the Exeter office, dependent on business need.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of Coordinator - Sales, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:

- Good level of knowledge and experience of MS office and CRM database systems.
- Previous experience in a fast paced administration / coordinator role.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of data protection regulations in a sales environment.
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise work and meet agreed time scales.
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
- Desirable: Understanding and experience of property sales in an estate agents/lettings environment.
