Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – M&E (L5Z1) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring that all objectives are met in alignment with organizational goals. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with directing project management efforts related to monitoring and evaluation processes, collaborating closely with stakeholders including team members, clients, and external partners. Your expertise will be integral in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, utilizing data-driven methodologies to assess project performance and outcomes. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and implement best practices in project management. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
Assess project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in M&E contexts.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Day: £370.40
