Summary

Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Herefordshire

About the Practice:

With a modern main practice in Leominster, a fully equipped branch in Ludlow, the team provides exceptional care across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, and the Welsh Borders. The practice is proud of its state-of-the-art facilities, including an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and more.

You’ll be joining a highly experienced team of Vets, supported by 9 dedicated nurses and 8 welcoming admin/reception staff. This is a truly collaborative environment where mentorship and professional growth are encouraged.

What We’re Looking For:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident working sole charge
• A client-oriented approach, with excellent communication skills
• Experience of working to the highest medical and surgical standards
• Experience of working with a team to develop a practice
• Competent in clinical examination and surgery
• Experience of building trusting relationships with colleagues, and working effectively as part of a team
• A great communicator, you will be an outstanding and positive example to others.
