Summary
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our EYFS hub, supporting children aged 4-5 with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with the SEN team to provide targeted support, ensuring every child can achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching and learning for children in the hub

Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to the children's needs

Work collaboratively with LSAs, HLTAs, and the wider school team

Essential Requirements:
