Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater in the Biddenden, Ashford area.
Our Client, an Automotive Bodyshop is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to complement their existing team.
Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary – £45,000 basic + uncapped bonus (earn £55,000 - £60,000+ with high efficiency)
- Stable and supportive workplace – team of 15, including 8 in the workshop
- Manufacturer training opportunities – option to gain VW accreditation
- No ATA qualification required – experience and ability valued over paperwork
- Access to cutting-edge structural repair techniques
Requirements:
- A previous working experience within the role.
- ATA would be advantageous to your application
- Full qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail
- A good communicator
Duties:
- Replacement of Panels
- Removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles
- Panel Straightening and Filling
- Body Alignment
- Welding and Bonding
The salary of this Panel Beater role is up to £45,000.
