The Role: Store Manager

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s performance. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, hitting KPIs, and leading your team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll foster a positive working environment where people thrive, while upholding high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance, delivering like-for-like (LFL) sales growth and strong KPI results
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards, ensuring stock is well presented and available
• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure alignment with senior retail leadership
• Recruit, train, develop, and performance manage your team effectively
• Uphold brand integrity through team conduct, presentation, and uniform standards
• Manage payroll and store expenses within budget
• Create a customer-focused culture where service excellence is the priority

About You

Essential:

• Strong background in customer service and team leadership
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Excellent visual merchandising skills
• Confident communicator and team motivator

Desirable:

• IT literacy
• Experience in managing underperformance constructively
• Previous experience within a premium fashion or lifestyle brand
