Summary
A Sales Estimator / Windows & Doors Estimator is needed to join a specialist supplier and installer of high-end glazing solutions. Based in Cobham, Surrey, this is a great opportunity for someone with estimating or sales support experience who's looking to build their career in a supportive, growing company.
Fluency in Polish (good conversational level or above) is essential, as you'll regularly communicate with Polish-speaking clients and suppliers about construction, joinery and windows & doors project details.
As a Sales Estimator (Windows & Doors), you'll play a central part in the sales and delivery process, preparing detailed project estimates, reviewing specifications and drawings, and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. You'll also collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and deliver the high-quality service the company is known for.
This role would suit someone with 1 to 2 years experience in an estimating, sales or business environment, ideally with exposure to construction, joinery, glazing or fenestration. Its a fantastic chance for a motivated individual to step up, take on more responsibility and progress within a growing business.
To qualify: were seeking an Office Professional / Sales Support Exec / Sales Estimator or similar with a CV that demonstrates
// Fluency in Polish (essential), plus strong written and spoken English
// Experience in an estimating, sales support or business environment (12 years+)
// Strong organisation and attention to detail, comfortable handling project specs and drawings
// Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and suppliers
// Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus: any experience in construction, windows & doors, joinery, glazing or fenestration is advantageous.
In return: you'll join a friendly, supportive team where your input is valued and your career can grow. Expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE), hybrid working options after training, and the chance to develop in a specialist industry where skilled professionals are in high demand.
