We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Money Matters Caseworker in our Money Matters Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in people’s lives.

Our Money Matters Team is here to help customers live financially stable lives. We provide expert advice on welfare benefits, debt, energy, and money management—making a real difference every day.

About the role

As a Money Matters Caseworker, you’ll deliver high-quality advice services to our customers, helping them navigate welfare benefits, money advice options and financial wellbeing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers receive tailored support that helps sustain tenancies and improve lives.

About you

You’re passionate about helping people and have a strong background in welfare rights with knowledge of money advice, or debt counselling. You’re empathetic, resilient, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to Karbon’s values.

Key Details

  • Money Matters Caseworker - 2 roles available both fixed term until 30 Sept 2027


    • 37 hours per week with agile working or


      • 18 hours per week with agile working


        • Salary is £36,991 per annum (pro-rata) plus a Karbon car payment of £2,317 per annum (pro-rata)


          • Location: Stanley or Gosforth with some homeworking
