We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Sandwich Artist to join our team at the University Hospital in Coventry As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, making it ideal for students, part-time job seekers, or anyone looking for a great work-life balance.

The Role

• Prepare and customise sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to Subway’s standards and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including food prep stations and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Stock and organize ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper rotation.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.

About You

• No prior experience required—training will be provided!
• Must be flexible with scheduling (able to work mornings, evenings, nights and weekends, or holidays as needed).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
