Seasonal Customer Service Assistant– Callendar House Tearoom

We are looking for friendly, organised, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Temporary Staff at Callendar House Tearoom during the festive period.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a welcoming team, serving our popular festive afternoon teas and supporting the catering operation through one of our busiest times of the year.

Contract dates:

1 November – 31 December 2025

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and seating customers in the Tearoom.

Preparing and serving food and beverages.

Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Assisting the catering team with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day service.

What we are looking for:

Friendly, approachable, and reliable individuals.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

A genuine enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.

Catering experience preferred, although training will be provided.

Role details:

Based in Callendar House Tearoom

Tearoom opening hours: 10am – 4pm, Wednesday to Monday (closed Tuesdays)

Average 18.5 hours per week (approximately 3 shifts)
