Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Examinations Officer to lead the administration and delivery of both internal and external examinations at KS3 and KS4, ensuring full compliance with JCQ regulations and school procedures.
The successful candidate will be:
• Reliable, well-organised, and able to work to deadlines, with strong prioritisation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of responding to the daily demands of the role and thinking on their feet.
• A confident communicator, able to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
• Experienced in managing and organising exam invigilators, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of examinations.
Essential skills and experience:
• Previous experience working within a secondary school environment.
• Strong knowledge of JCQ regulations and requirements relating to exam administration.
• Proficiency in a range of ICT packages.
Highly desirable skills:
• Experience using SIMS, Office 365, and SISRA.
• Confidence in supporting the Senior Office (Data) Manager with assessment data collection and reporting.
