Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be responsible for further developing the Maths curriculum throughout the school and providing CPD and development to non-subject specialists. A key part of this role will be to deliver accreditations from Entry Level 2 to Level 2 from a range of examination boards.
As Maths TLR, you will:
• Lead the development of high-quality maths teaching across the school.
• Support colleagues in delivering innovative, engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Drive progress and attainment in maths, ensuring all students can thrive.
• Contribute to whole-school improvement through curriculum innovation, data analysis, and staff development.
• Champion numeracy across the curriculum and promote a love of mathematics.

The Westminster School is a special school catering to 320 pupils aged 7–19 with a range of special educational needs.
