About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our services. You will ensure our operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with local authority contracts and legislation. This role is perfect for someone who can balance hands-on management with strategic oversight, while driving quality and improvement across our care delivery.


Key Responsibilities
• Oversee staffing rotas, scheduling, and day-to-day service delivery.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for clients and staff.
• Monitor staff performance, provide supervision and coaching.
• Liaise with families, local authorities, and commissioners.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and GDPR.
• Lead on process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Produce operational reports for the MD and commissioners.


What We’re Looking For
• Experience in care operations or a related sector (community-based preferred).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage with families, staff, and partners.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Confident in rota management and operational planning.
• IT literate and adaptable.
