Summary
Junior IT Support Analyst - Broadway - £26,000 - £28,000
My client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, while receiving hands-on training and support to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be original contact point for any IT queries
- Escalate issues where needed
- Setup and configure Laptops, Desktops and Accounts
- Support Hardware & Software
- Diagnose Hardware and Software Issues
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT Support
- Keen interest to train and learn
- Degree or previous experience in IT or related field
- Knowledge of Windows or macOS, Office 365 and basic Networking.
