Summary

Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Education | Up to £31,000 | Full-Time, All Year Round


Our client is a well-established nursery with a strong Ofsted rating, offering a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. They are looking for a Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 Early Years qualification to join their friendly team. This is a full-time, all year-round role in a beautiful setting with age-appropriate playrooms, a sensory room, and a spacious outdoor garden, perfect for inspiring children’s curiosity and development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in early years or nursery settings.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Passion for child development and delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities in playrooms, sensory areas, and the outdoor garden.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through engaging learning experiences.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children’s needs.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress to inform learning plans and share updates with parents.
