Summary

Deputy Nursery Manager | Up to £40,000 | 40 Hours per week

They are now looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join their experienced and passionate team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone already working as a Deputy Manager who’s ready to grow and thrive in a high-quality setting where leadership is valued, supported, and celebrated.

What They’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and SEND
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and passion for supporting children’s development
  • The ability to support and inspire others in a collaborative environment
