Part of the UK’s fastest-growing Fire and Electrical Compliance Group, our client is an ambitious, stable, yet agile group delivering commercial electrical installations and compliance services across Surrey and Essex.
They looking for a driven, highly organised In-House Recruiter to own the end-to-end talent acquisition process across our growing group of businesses.
This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly contribute to our continued expansion.
The Role: What You'll Do
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, working closely with senior leadership and contract managers.
- Manage and optimise job advertisements across all job boards and social platforms.
- Screen CVs and applications with a commitment to contacting candidates promptly.
- Maintain and nurture a robust candidate database for future roles.
- Coordinate interviews, manage the feedback loop, and issue official job offers.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
- Offer administrative support to the wider business as required.
What You Need to Succeed (Essential)
We require a passionate recruiter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong history of ownership.
- Mandatory: Previous recruitment experience ideally within the construction, fire, or electrical compliance sector, but not essential
- Proven office administration and clerical knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible to travel between our key locations (Surrey and Essex) when required
