About the role

Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic maintenance engineer looking for a new opportunity?

As part of our empty homes team, you will assist multi-skilled engineers in maintaining and repairing customers’ homes, focusing on damp and mould treatment as well as general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property maintenance and the ability to work independently.

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine all-rounder with good practical trade skills
  • Flexibility to undertake and complete tasks to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence

  • An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)

  • £26,316.30 annual salary with a yearly pay review
  • Performance Related Pay, based on meeting individual and company-wide targets
  • 40 hours per week worked Monday to Friday, with regular opportunities for paid overtime; flexible working options available upon discussion
