Warehouse Manager - Electrical Supplier
- Ashford
- £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
- 47.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:00pm, with occasional Saturday mornings)
Are you an experienced and motivated leader with a background in warehouse operations?
We are recruiting for a well-established electrical supplier seeking a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve daily and long-term goals.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and manage stock effectively.
- Oversee costings and prepare invoices for clients with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure a safe, efficient and well-organised warehouse environment.
- Drive team performance and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in liaising with suppliers and handling costings/invoicing.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
