Working for a Property Management business.
Your new role
Working in a wider HR team, you will be supporting your client group with the following:
Employee Relations - Provides guidance on ER matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensures fair and compliant handling of cases, collaborates on dispute resolution, and maintains detailed case records.
Payroll & HR Administration Administers UK payroll with accuracy and timeliness, manages payroll changes and queries, and ensures compliance with pension schemes and payroll regulations.
HR Operations & Compliance - Experienced in managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR documentation is accurate and legally compliant, supporting TUPE transfers, and maintaining HRIS data integrity. Well-versed in UK employment law and HR best practices.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning - Oversees recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, develops job descriptions, and aligns workforce planning with operational needs.
Data & Reporting - Supports client relationships by addressing HR, staffing, and payroll needs, and prepares reports on key HR metrics including staffing levels, ER cases, and payroll data.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)Have experience of working in a fast-paced environmentExperience of managing complex ER cases end to endExperience of processing Payroll
